1.1.05 APPLICATION OF THIS CODE <br />A. General Application. These Policies apply only to <br />contracts solicited or entered into after the <br />effective date of this Code unless the parties <br />agree to its application to a contract solicited or <br />entered into prior to the effective date. <br />B. Application to Procurement. These Policies shall <br />apply to every Procurement of the Board of County <br />Commissioners irrespective of the source of the <br />funds, including federal assistance monies except <br />as otherwise specified; except that these rules and <br />regulations may not apply to either grants or <br />contracts between the County and other governments. <br />It shall also apply to the disposal of County <br />supplies. Nothing in these regulations promulgated <br />hereunder shall prevent any governmental body or <br />political subdivision from complying with a terms <br />and conditions of any grant, gift, bequest, or <br />cooperative agreement. <br />C—.Waive—olicies. The—Boar may the <br />^tee Wiens of this Procurement Policy for good <br />cause. <br />D. Application to Other Governmental Bodies.
