ARTICLE TWO <br />2.1.01 AUTHORITY OF THE PURCHASING MANAGER <br />A. Line of Authority. The Division of Purchasing <br />part of the Department of General Services. The <br />Purchasing Manager is responsible directly to the <br />Director of General Services. All communications <br />shall be directed through this line of authority. <br />B. Principal Procurement Officer of the County. The <br />Purchasing Manager mall serve as princip <br />procurement officer of the County. <br />C. OPperational Procedures.
