Offers over the mandatory bid <br />amount shall be solicited by formal competitive <br />sealed bidding except as otherwise provided. <br />B. Invitation for Bids. An invitation for Bids shall <br />be issue for each so icier ion foro ers equal o <br />or exceeding the mandatory bid amount ($5,000.00) <br />and shall include a purchase description, and all <br />terms and conditions applicable to the procurement. <br />C, Public Notices.
