PROCUREMENT OF ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING,--TES-TING—LANDSCAPE <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES <br />6.4 SOLICITATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES COVERED BY CCNA <br />A. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)• Each time a <br />requirement or group of requirements is to be <br />procured under CCNA, A Request For Qualifications <br />(RFQ) will be sent to all firms having filed <br />qualifications with the Purchasing Manager and such <br />other firms that have requested to be included. <br />Such Request for Qualifications will specify a <br />minimum for them to: <br />1. Express their interest in obtaining the <br />particular job. <br />2. State the staff proposed for the particular <br />project including, if applicable and joint <br />ventures. <br />3. Professional qualifications to perform such <br />services. Standard Forms 254 and 255 may be <br />used. <br />4. A reproduction of the firm's current <br />professional registration certificate(s). <br />5. Other data the originating department may <br />require for that specific project. <br />Be ADVERTISEMENT FOR CCNA. Purchasing Division shall <br />advertise at least once in a paper of general <br />circulation within County advising all interested <br />firiis of the project and requesting Request for <br />Qualifications. All meetings in these proceedings <br />will be by Public Notice. <br />C. REVIEW OF QUALIFICATIONS. A duly appointed <br />selection committee shall review all qualifications <br />and submittals of those firms responding with a <br />Request For Qualifications. <br />D. SHORT LIST. The Selection Committee shall reduce <br />the number of firms (short list) to at least three <br />for further discussions.
