ARTICLE SIX <br />PROCUREMENT OF -SERVICE <br />12.4 (CONTINUED INSURANCE REQUIREMENT) <br />Upon awarding of a bid orquotation, n, Risk -Management <br />Divisionwill review insurance ert f; ,,ati nS —,-approviq <br />those which comply with the requirements of the <br />solicitation. Non -approved certifications will be <br />returned to the Purchasing Division with the reasons for <br />non -approval and instructions as to how the <br />certification may be corrected. The Risk Management <br />Division will advise the Purchasing Division of <br />cancellation or failure to maintain insurance upon <br />receipt of notification.
