Description and Conditions <br />Bids were received September 21, 1982 at 11:00 A.M. for IRC Bid #142 - Full <br />Maintenance Service Contract for Carrier Chiller. <br />6 Bid Proposals were sent out. Of the 3 Bidders responding, 2 were "No -Bids". m <br />2. Alternatives and Analysis <br />The Carrier Chiller is covered by the original equipment warranty for parts <br />until.March 21, 1983. 'The only bid received was from Carrier Building <br />Services in the amount of $575.00 per month, total yearly charge $6900.00. <br />3. Recommendations and Funding <br />Therefore, it is recommended that IRC Bid #142 be awarded to Carrier Building <br />Services. <br />A copy of the Carrier Service Agreement is in the Commission Office for <br />review. <br />Funds budgeted in Account #001-220-519-34.62 <br />95 <br />
