ARTICLE 15 <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br />15.1 The Architect shall cause, where appropriate, the Notice to Bidders, the <br />Instructions to Bidders and all other construction documents to contain all of <br />of the necessary provisions required by applicable laws, ordinances, rules or <br />regulations of any federal or state governmental body concerning public or <br />County buildings, specifically including, but not limited to those of the Florida <br />Department of Corrections concerning jails or detention facilities. <br />15.2 The Architect warrants that the Architect has not employed or retained <br />any company or person, other than a bona fide officer or employee working solely <br />for the Architect, to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that the Architect <br />has not paid or agreed to pay any person, company, corporation, individual <br />or firm, other than a bona fide officer or employee working solely for the Archi- <br />tect any fee, commission, percentage, gift or other, consideration, contingent <br />upon or resulting from the .award or making of this Agreement. <br />15.3 The Architect recognizes that the registered persons practicing architec= <br />ture with the professional association or corporation identified in this Agree- <br />ment as the "Architect", as provided by Section 467.19 of the Florida Statutes. <br />are not relieved from personal liability for their professional acts and that <br />each registered person practicing architecture with said professional associa- <br />tions or corporation shall be jointly and severally liable for the professional <br />acts of the officers, agents and employees of "Architect". <br />15.4 Omit Paragraph 1.7.3 in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert the <br />following: <br />1.7.3 Providing environmental assessments. <br />15.5 Omit Paragraph 5.1.1 in its entirety and in lieu thereof.Ansett'.-the <br />following: <br />5.1.1 Expenses of transportation and living expenses in connection with. <br />travel from Indian River County to other locations, as specifically <br />requested and authorized by the Owner. <br />15.6 In addition to Basic Services as defined in Article I, the Architect shall <br />provide services as follows, at no additional fee. <br />15.7 A'site Master Plan of ultimate development, showing phases of construction, <br />will be developed for one site identified by the Owner. <br />15.8 An interim Report will be developed commencing upon execution of this <br />Agreement and will be presented to the Owner on or about October 20, 1982. <br />After review and comment on the Interim Report by the Owner, 20 copies of the <br />Final Report will be delivered in approximately 60 days. <br />AIA DOCUMENT 8141 • 0%V%ER-ARCHITECT AGREEMENT • THIRTEENTH EDITION • IUIY 1977 • AIA41 • ®1977 5141-1977 11 <br />1NE AMERICAN INSTITI'TE Of ARCHIIECTS. 17S NEW YORK AS'E%UE.
