51 %AUOCT 61982 <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lyons to request the <br />Judge to provide a better description of the items listed on <br />the invoice along with the account to which they are to be <br />allocated. <br />In further discussion, it was noted that these items . <br />have to be inventoried, and Mr. Barton explained that the <br />big problem he has operationally is that this is equipment <br />that was delivered in the last fiscal year, and although we <br />are still within the time frame where he is allowed to bill <br />within the last fiscal year, time runs out as of the 15th of <br />this month. <br />Commissioner Lyons' Motion died for lack of a second. <br />Commissioner Bird did not feel it is fair to make <br />Audiohouse wait any longer for payment of this bill. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Bird, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wodtke for purposes of discussion, to pay the <br />bill from Audiohouse for the tape recording equipment for <br />Judge Stikelether by October 15th and work out the situation <br />with the Judge. <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt it was evident this equipment <br />was ordered, but he would prefer to find out exactly where <br />the machine is and what the other items cover and are to be <br />charged to before authorizing payment of the bill. <br />Finance Director Barton believed that his office could <br />get this information together shortly. <br />Commissioner Bird withdrew his Motion and Commissioner <br />Wodtke withdrew his second. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unani- <br />mously instructed that this matter be put <br />on the October 13th agenda, and that at <br />that time we have a full statement as to the <br />34 <br />
