'PART II AMENDMENTS TO SBC <br />Section 401.10 Building Code Board of Adjustment and Appeals <br />1.�Membershlp <br />The membership provisions of the SBC are amended to read as <br />follows: <br />The membership of the board shall consist of at least one <br />architect, one engineer, one general contractor, and four (4) <br />members with experience in the building industry. One member <br />of the board shall be a representative of the board of zoning <br />adjustments. , <br />Section 401.11 Fire Districts <br />Chapter III, Fire Districts of the SBC is hereby repealed. <br />Section 401.12 Standpipes <br />Section 902 of the SBC is amended to read as follows: <br />(1) Section 902 shallapp y only tobuildings -to— be <br />constructed with a height of three (3) or more stories. <br />(2) All requirements of section 902, except to the extent <br />modified by paragraph (a) of this section, shall apply. <br />Section 401.13 Hurricane requirements <br />Appendix D, Hurricane requirements of the SBC are hereby declar <br />to be mandatory. <br />Section 401.14 Agricultural exemption <br />Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to apply <br />to or affect buildings, structures or appurtenances located <br />outside the corporate limits of municipalities and used solely <br />for housing of storing agricultural animals, supplies, <br />equipment or products by person, firm, or corporations engaged <br />in agriculture.
