' #.y.�• ISL — <br />nQiaetallic-sheathed cable will be allowed with the exception <br />that all conductors which penetrate outside the envelope of <br />the individual unit shall be installed in an approved raceway. <br />(2-) All electrical ranges and double ovens have a minimum 50 - <br />ampere circuit and all cooktops and single ovens a minimum 40 - <br />ampere circuit. <br />(3) All electric water heaters shall be wired with a minimum #10 <br />copper wire. <br />(4 ) There shall be nor more than 2 receptacles per circuit at <br />kitchen counters and no more than 5 per circuit in dining and <br />breakfast rooms. All refrigeration equipment and garbage <br />disposals shall be on a separate circuit. <br />(5) All air conditioning compressors and air handler units shall <br />have a disconnect within 6 feet. <br />(6) When an air handler is located in an attic there shall be a <br />light within 10 feet of the equipment and a toggle switch at <br />or below the scuttle hole. <br />(T Z17-w-iring shade copper except IAT -wiring on -the -line side <br />of the meter and (2) aluminum wire #2 or larger installed in <br />a raceway -west of the Indian River. <br />(8) All motors of 1/3 horsepower and larger shall be wired on a <br />separate circuit. Exceptions—Residential garage door openers <br />may be wired to a lighting or power circuit. <br />(9) Any fixture located less than 7 1/2 feet above the maximum <br />water level of a shower or tub shall be protected by a ground <br />fault circuit interrupter. <br />(10 ) Swimming pools.
