ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDAFSTABLJSH-I-NG TI TI E I_V CON- <br />TRACTOR AND BUILDING REGULATIONS CHAPTER <br />400 - REGULATION OF CONTRACTORS, <br />PROVIDING REPEAL; PROVIDING SEVERABIL- <br />ITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Comm! ss-ion-ers— of Indiaw-Rive-r-County, that. <br />SECT ION _I. <br />TITLE IV - CHAPTER 400. <br />Title IV Contractor and Building Regulat.ions, <br />Chapter 400 --Regulation of Contractors as set forth in <br />Attachment A to this ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2_ <br />REPEAL. <br />Those portions of the.
