All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time. The franchise is dedicated to providing sewer service to The Meadows Subdivision. The service area is the tract of land in the northeast corner at the intersection of 43rd Avenue and southwest First Street. If any person decides to appeal any decision made on the above matters, he -she will need, a record of the proceedings, and for such pur- poses, he -she may need to insure that a ver- batim .record of the proceedings is made, which record Includes the testimony in evidence on which the appeal is based.
