The subject property <br />has 325.'25 feet of'road frontage on SR #60. The parcel <br />extends 1,339.02 feet to the south. The SR #60 median lips <br />'directly in front of tLie subject property with openings at <br />the 82nd Avenue intersection and at the First Bankel.s' <br />-entrance. A trans -continental coaxial cable is located alo:,.Lg <br />the SR #60 night-rof-way. In addition, the Indian -:River Couirty <br />Ordinance 80 -40 -requires a 700 foot setback to allow for ckai- <br />struction of a frontage road. <br />The subject property is presently undeveloped and contains <br />numerous cabbage palms and pine trees. The soils are bla5:x.- <br />moist, with a clay -like texture. The northwest corner of that intersection containo <br />a mobile home park; the northeast corner of the,82nd Avenue/ <br />..SR #60 intersection contains -.a productive grove. A single <br />family residence is located on the east'side of -the subject <br />property. The First Bankers' facility is east of that <br />residence.
