Brandenburg commented that the County Commission has <br />repeatedly requested medical reports from the Judge and has <br />never been supplied with them. <br />Argument continued along these lines, and it was felt <br />there has been sufficient discussion and explanation of the <br />situation. <br />BILLING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE COUNTY <br />a <br />The Board reviewed memo from Utilities Director Terry <br />Pinto, as follows: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of DATE: October 28, 1982 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />THRU: Michael Wright <br />County Administrator <br />//.✓jl <br />FROM: Terry Pinto <br />Utilities Director <br />DESCRIPTION'AND CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: BILLING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CUSTOMER SERVICES, INC. <br />AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />REFERENCES: <br />In the past, water -and sewer for Laurelwood Subdivision has been <br />serviced by Customer Services, Inc. Effective November.l, 1982 <br />Indian River County Utilities will begin servicing the water por- <br />tion. To avoid confusion and to promote customers' convenience, <br />Indian River County Utilities will also do the sewer billing on <br />behalf of Customer Services, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />To protect both parties and to insure a good business relationship, <br />it is recommended that the Board of C-qufity Commissioners approve <br />the presented agreement between Customer Services, Inc. and Indian <br />River County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, Commissioner Fletcher <br />voting in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 <br />vote approved the Agreement with Customer <br />Service, Inc., and authorized the signature <br />of the Chairman. <br />
