The Corporation hereby agrees to indemnify County against <br />any loss or damage occasioned by any misinformation given by the <br />Corporation or in case of any acts performed upon the request of <br />the Corporation. <br />8. It is agreed that either party to the Agreement may <br />terminate this Agreement upon giving thirty (30) days notice in <br />writing to the other party and this contract may be amended from <br />time to time"by agreement between the parties. <br />9.
