of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) per bill shall first be deducted from the <br />total amount of the individual customer's bill before making <br />disbursement to the Corporation. The County shall be entitled to <br />its fee for billing even if the customer does not pay. The <br />Corporation shall pay to the County the actual cost, if any, of <br />reprogramming the County's computer to adopt it to the <br />Corporation's rate structure. This amount shall not exceed THREE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00). <br />4. The Corporation shall deliver to the County all <br />existing customer deposit for each customer on the County's water <br />system and Corporation's sewer system. When a new customer <br />requests service from the County, the County will collect a $40.00 <br />deposit, $20.00 for sewer and $20.00 for water. In the event of <br />non-payment by a customer, the County will first apply the portion <br />of the customer's deposit associated with sewer service to the <br />unpaid sewer bill; and remaining sewer deposit may then be used to <br />offset any water service bill left unpaid. <br />5. It is further understood that in the case of any <br />partial undesignated payment by individual customers, County shall <br />be entitled to apply such payment entirely toward the satisfaction <br />of any charge of the County to the extent thereof before applying <br />the same to the payment of sewer charges under this Agreement. It <br />is agreed, however, that in case of any such partial undesignated <br />0 <br />payments that County shall treat the entire account as delinquent <br />for purposes of collection and shall terminate the entire water <br />service to such account, according to standard County operating <br />practice, until the account is paid in full, including the sewer <br />charge. The County shall not be responsible for bringing <br />collection suits against non-paying customers. <br />6. Within forty-five (45) days of each billing the <br />County will furnish the Corporation a report indicating current <br />billings, itemized amounts uncollected from previous billings, the <br />number of bills prepared and the net amount due Corporation <br />together with a County Warrant in the amount due Corporation. <br />7.
