COTTON, OWNER <br />SUBJECT: ANTE (MULTI -RESIDENTIAL) <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL EXTENSION <br />FROM: Mary Jane V. REFERENCES: LETTER FROM CHARLES E. GARRIS <br />Goetzfried DATED OCTOBER 5, 1982 <br />On Febraury 25, 1982, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />unanimously approved the site plan application submitted <br />by Mr. Doyle Cotton to construct 12 multi -family units on <br />Lot 125"in the Moorings. <br />Construction has not begun due to the discovery of a <br />private deed restriction that places an absolute height <br />limit of 35 feet on the proposed development. This con- <br />flicts with the approved site plan. The applicant is in <br />the process of negotiating this limitation. All proposed <br />revisions to -the originally approved site -plan will require <br />the submittal of a revised application. <br />The Board of County Commissioners may„at their discretion, <br />grant an extension of the site plan approval expiration <br />date as provided in Section 23(h) of the Zoning Code. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Mr. Doyle Cotton be granted a one-year <br />extention of the site plan approval for Lot 125 in the <br />Moorings. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board, with a vote of <br />4 to 1 with Commissioner Fletcher voting in <br />opposition, accepted the recommendation of staff <br />to grant a one year extension of the site plan <br />approval, as requested by Doyle W. Cotton. <br />D. Site Plan Extension - FST Partnership <br />The Board reviewed the following memorandum dated <br />October 12, 1982: <br />
