Bruce King,��✓( REFERENCES: LETTER FROM GEORGE FREDERICK <br />Community Development Director DATED 10/6/82 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On -December 17, 1981, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously <br />approved the site plan application submitted by George Frederick to <br />construct an office/townhouse complex to be known as The Meadows. <br />The development plan for the 3.9 acre parcel, located on the north- <br />east corner of 43rd Avenue and 1st SV, includes 2 structures, each <br />containing 8 offices on the street level with 8 townhouses above. <br />The project has suffered a severe setback in the death of Mr. Paul <br />Rosscamp, the engineer for the development. This, combined with <br />monitary constraints due to the current recession, has not permitted <br />construction to begin. <br />The Board of County Commissioners may at their discretion grant an <br />extension of the site plan approval expiration date as provided in <br />Sec. 23(h) of the Zoning Code. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends Mr..George Frederick, acting on behalf of F S T Part- <br />nership, be granted a one-year extension of the site plan approval for <br />the first addition to The Meadows. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />accepted the recommendation of staff to grant <br />a one year extension of the site plan approval, <br />as requested by the FST Partnership. <br />HOLIDAY SCHEDULE - FY 1983 <br />The Chairman inquired if all of the Constitutional <br />Officers had reviewed the holiday schedule. <br />The Administrator commented that he could not answer <br />that question. <br />N1 0v 3 1982 -17 to 51 <br />
