M' <br />Commissioner Lyons felt the Attorney and <br />Administrator should get together and discuss <br />suggestion before the material was printed. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />the <br />this <br />STREET LIGHTING AGREEMENT - GIFFORD & CITY <br />The Board next discussed the Governmental Street <br />Lighting Agreement between Indian River County, Gifford Area <br />Municipal Taxing Unit, and the City of Vero Beach. <br />The Attorney advised that he had reviewed the Agreement <br />for legal sufficiency. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve the <br />Governmental Street Lighting Agreement between <br />Indian River County, Gifford Area Municipal <br />Taxing Unit and the City of Vero Beach, and <br />authorize the signature of the Chairman. <br />A brief discussion ensued. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. It <br />was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />A copy of the Governmental Street Lighting Agreement <br />will be made a part of the Minutes when received. <br />CLEAN INDOOR AIR ORDINANCE - DISCUSSION <br />The Board next discussed the following letter dated <br />October 29, 1982: <br />0 V 1 `7 1982L- 11 27 <br />5 W -C 9' 9 F . <br />
