<br />Notice of hearing to consider the following
<br />proposal to rezone land from:

<br />"'Single Family Residential to R-211, "Multiple
<br />Family District." The subject property is
<br />located on the east side of U.S. Highway No. 1,
<br />south of 12th Place, S.E.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Lot 2 and a parcel of submerged land in the
<br />'Indian River in Section 29, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida,
<br />(more particularly described as follows:
<br />Begin at a point on the North line of
<br />Government lot 2 of said Section 29, where said
<br />north line intersects with the West share of the
<br />Indian River; thence East along the extension
<br />of the said North line of Government Lot 2 a
<br />distance of 214.3 feet, more or less, to the
<br />bulkhead line In Indain River County, Florida,
<br />.established by the Board of County Com-
