The proposed rezoning <br />fo _ M, Multi -Family District, would allow 566.7 units to be con- <br />structed in the non -Environmentally Sensitive Area; in addition, <br />24.38 units might be shifted from the Environmentally Sensitive <br />Area to the residential development; thus, the total of 591.08 <br />units might be developed on the parcel. This would result in a <br />gross maximum density of 4.69 units/acre.
