East Coast Tile & <br />Community Development Terrazzo Supplies,Inc. <br />Director Letter of Dec. 13, 1982 <br />On December 17, 1981, the Planning & Zoning Commission, <br />unanimously.approv,ed the site plan application submitted <br />by Samuel Adams to construct a retail sales and related <br />storage facility. The proposed location for the expansion <br />of East Coast Tile & Terrazzo is a .85 acre parcel situated <br />on the northeast corner of Old Dixie Highway and 4th Place. <br />Construction has not begun due to monetary constraints <br />caused by the current recession. <br />The Board of County Commissioners may at their discretion <br />grant an extension of the site plan approval expiration date <br />as provided in Section 23(h) of the Zoning Code. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends Mr. Samuel Adams, acting on behalf of East <br />Coast Tile & Terrazzo, Inc. be granted a six-month extension <br />of the site plan approval for the construction of a retail <br />sales and storage facility at 450 Old Dixie Highway. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />granted a six-month extension of site plan <br />approval for East Coast Tile & Terrazzo, Inc. <br />CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL PHASE 1, JOE S.
