and Chairman Scurlock and Commissioner Wodtke <br />voting in opposition. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wodtke, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Fletcher, that the Board delay <br />this item until 11:00, to allow time for a proposed <br />resolution from the Tobacco Institute to arrive. <br />Denise Driscoll, a Vero Beach business woman, came <br />before the Board, and spoke in favor of the resolution. She <br />commented that she does have "no smoking" signs in her store <br />but some people tend to ignore them; cigarette smoke does <br />create an odor problem with the goods that she sells. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
