ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Fletcher, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Final Assessment Rolls for the <br />paving of 44th Avenue for $21,283.15; <br />36th Avenue for $20,607.93; and 13th Place <br />for $5,544.24, as recommended in the memo <br />dated November 22, 1982 from Mr. Davis. <br />SIGNALIZATION STUDY - 17TH ST./6TH AVE. <br />The Board reviewed the following material from <br />Michael L. Orr, Traffic Engineer: <br />TO: Transportation Planning DATE: October 28, 1982 FILE: <br />Committee <br />SUBJECT:Signalization Study - <br />17th Street/6th Avenue <br />Project # T82-03-01 <br />FROM: Michael L. Orr,4kD REFERENCES. <br />Traffic Engineer <br />The subject study was conducted as requested by the Transpor-'- _ <br />tation Planning Committee in :March, 1982. Adequacy of existing. <br />traffic signal phasing and pavement markings were investigated <br />by the Indian River County/City of Vero Beach Traffic Section <br />during August,- September and October, 1982. <br />DESCRIPTION OF CONDITIONS <br />1. Approach Traffic Volume: <br />The table below summarizes existing intersection approach <br />volumes.
