ORDINANCE NO. 82-31 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1-9 and 47-52, PINSON SUBDIVISION, according <br />to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />Page 94, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-lA, Restricted Commercial to R-1, <br />Single -Family Residential. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect January 3, 198J. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this.15th day of December , 1982. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY C 01"YlISSIONERS <br />OF INDI)kN RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />DON C.
