<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
<br />Book 3, Page 96, public records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida
<br />AND ALSO.
<br />The south 5 acres of the east 10 acres, less
<br />the south .480 feet of the west 155 feet and less
<br />road right-of-way, of Tract 16, Section 23,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East.
<br />A public hearing at which parties In interest
