<br />proposal to rezone land from:
<br />R-3, "Multiple Dwelling District" to R -2A,
<br />"Multiple Family District." The'. subject
<br />property presently owned by Frank DeJola is
<br />located on the west side of 80th Avenue, ap-,
<br />proximately 120 feet north of 126th Street.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Lot 38, A. A. Berry Subdivision, according tol
<br />the plat filed in the office of the Clerk of thel
<br />Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, InI
<br />Plat Book 2, Page 14, said land now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County!
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County,!
<br />Florida, in the County Commission Chambers
<br />of the County Administration Building, located
<br />at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, and
<br />Wednesday, December 15,1982, at 1:30 P.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur-
<br />poses, he may need to ensure that a verbatimi
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which in-

<br />Frank DeJoia, resident of Roseland and owner of the
<br />subject property, came before the Board and reviewed the
<br />history of his two-year attempt to rezone his 5 acre parcel
<br />in order to build duplexes. He noted that at the time the
<br />Board approved the change of the Land Use designation on his
<br />property to LD -2, he made a commitment that, upon this
<br />change being granted, he immediately would petition to
