ORDINANCE NO. 2012-- 041 <br />SECTION 6. Effective Date <br />A certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Department of State by the clerk <br />of the Board of County Commissioners within 10 days of enactment by the Board of <br />County Commissioners and shall take effect upon filing with the Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 29th day of October, 2012, for <br />a public hearing held on the 13`h day of November, 2012, at which time the Board of <br />County Commissioners decided to continue the public hearing to December 18, 2012, at <br />which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , <br />seconded by Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Joseph E. Flescher, Chairman <br />Aye <br />Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman <br />Aye <br />Peter D.
