J A N BOOK P��r <br />1983 <br />Engineer Robert "Flip" Lloyd argued that the wording <br />should apply to either side or rear yards as you may have to <br />come in on a side yard to enter a rear entrance garage. <br />After some discussion, the Board agreed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, Commissioner Fletcher voted <br />in opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 vote, agreed <br />to amend the Motion to adopt Ordinance 83-2, reword- <br />ing Paragraph d by striking the word "exclusively" <br />and adding and deleting other words as discussed to <br />provide that it will "serve as a means of ingress <br />and egress to a side or rear yard facing garage or <br />carport and is not designed to store or park any <br />vehicles upon that portion within the side yard." <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION ON THE ORIGINAL <br />MOTION AS AMENDED. It was voted on and carried 4 to <br />1 with Commissioner Fletcher voting in opposition. <br />32 <br />
