i ORDINANCE NO. 83-5 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: That part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 32 South, Range 39 East lying East of the East right-of-way of U.S. 1, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 737.65' South of the NE corner of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence continue South along the 1/4 section line a distance of 164.0' thence run N 89056'04" W a distance of 510.89' to the intersection of a curve, said curve being the East right of way of U.S. Highway No. l; thence run Northwesterly along said curve having an interior angle of 00034107" and a radius of 17,128.75' and being concave to the Northeast, an arc distance of 170.02'; thence run S 890 47'14" E a distance of 550.28' to said 1/4 section line and P.O.B. said parcel containing 2.0 acres more or less. Be changed from C-lA, Restricted Commercial to M-1, Restricted Industrial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
