M <br />WHEREAS, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if a check, warrant or <br />other order for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's <br />name exceeds the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), said <br />designated depositories are authorized and directed to honor <br />checks, warrants or other orders for the payment of money drawn <br />in the Commission's name, only when such check, warrant or other <br />order for the payment of money bears the facsimile signature of <br />the Chairman and Clerk of the Circuit Court and further bears the <br />original signature of either the Chairman, Vice Chairman or Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court.
