r <br />JAIL 19 198 <br />approval of expenses for student Ken Ferrington, who prepared a <br />master plan for Hobart Park. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />added the above emergency item to the agenda <br />as requested by the Administrator. <br />Administrator Wright had two financial matters to be added <br />to the agenda - participation in the State Board of Investment <br />pool and approval of signatures on warrants etc., for the newly <br />elected Chairman and Vice Chairman. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />added the above emergency additions to today's <br />agenda as requested by the Administrator. <br />Attorney Brandenburg wished to add approval of an agreement <br />between the County and the City for use of power poles between <br />the Administration Building and the Courthouse so that <br />installation can be started as soon as possible. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />added consideration of the above agreement to <br />today's agenda. <br />Attorney Brandenburg reported that our Legislative <br />Delegation is going to be meeting February 8th at City Hall, <br />and if the Commission has any ideas re local bills, we need to <br />bring these to the Delegation's attention.
