rJAN 19 1983 <br />Mr. Bannerman believed so, but noted they have many <br />different ideas as to how to use this property. <br />It was emphasized that the primary concern is to leave an <br />opening on the corner to tie into the adjacent property, whatever <br />it is used for. <br />Mr. Bannerman argued that you would lose your stacking <br />ability if you put another driveway that close to U. S. 1 and <br />that would create a worse situation. Discussion continued <br />regarding the traffic situation drainage, etc., and Chairman <br />Bird asked if Mr. Bannerman was in agreement with the five <br />conditions recommended. Mr. Bannerman stated this is the first <br />time he has seen them. <br />In further discussion, it was felt that Mr. King and Mr. <br />Bannerman should have some time to review the proposed conditions <br />along with the Traffic Engineer. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />tabled further consideration of Luria's Plaza <br />preliminary plat until later in the meeting. <br />BID #153 - Truck Mounted 3/4 yd.
