Traffic Signal - Jurisdiction/Maintenance Policy <br />November 22, 1982 <br />Page Two <br />710 <br />has the higher functional classification. Should the <br />classification be equal, the responsibility will be <br />assigned to the political subdivision whose roadway <br />has the higher traffic count which could be determined <br />periodically, as may be necessary. <br />3.
