LIBRARY FACILITIES <br />(3) Generally, a€xisting revenue sources are not sufficient to fund capital improvements necessary <br />to accommodate new development: however, consistent with the findings of the Indian River <br />County Impact Fee Update Study Final Report dated September 26 2014 the board has <br />determined to not use impact fees as a revenue source for library facilities.- <br />(Ord- No 2005-0,15, 5-17-05) <br />Section 1006.03. Computation. <br />The amount of the fees imposed by this chapter shall be determined by the fee schedule attached as <br />Appendix A to this title and incorporated by reference herein, or by the manner set forth in subsection <br />1000.08(3). <br />(Ord. No. 2005-015 5-17-05) <br />Section 1006.04. Use of funds. <br />(1) All funds collected from the library facilities impact fees shall be used for the purpose of capital <br />improvements to library facilities under the jurisdiction of the county and not for maintenance or <br />operations. Such acquisitions and improvements shall be those which are necessary to accommodate <br />new growth and development in the county. <br />(2) Funds shall be used exclusively for capital improvements in the areas of Indian River County from <br />which the funds are collected. Funds shall be expended in the order in which they are collected. <br />(Ord.
