<br />Notice of hearing to consider the following
<br />proposal to rezone land from:
<br />R-2 "Multiple Family District," to C-1AJ
<br />"Restricted Commercial District." The;
<br />subject property presently owned by Virginia'
<br />Walker Russell is located on the north side of
<br />37th Street, east of 17th Avenue.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Begin at the intersection of the East line of
<br />Section 26, Township 32 South, Range 39 East),
<br />Indian River County, Florida, and the Nort
<br />right-of-way line of 37th (Barber Avenue)
<br />thence run 30 feet West and. parallel to the
<br />North right-of-way line of 37th Street to the
<br />Point of Beginning. of the following described
<br />tract of land:
<br />From the Point of Beginning run North and
<br />parallel to the East line of said Section 26 a,
<br />distance of 660 feet, said point being and lying
<br />30 feet West -of the East line of said Section 26;1
<br />thence go West and parallel to the North right-
