ORDINANCE 2012-029 <br />(31) Laundromats. One space per three hundred (300) square feet of gross building area, <br />or one space per three (3) washers, whichever is greater. <br />(32) Libraries and museums. One space per three hundred (300) square feet of gross <br />building area. <br />(3 3) Malls, regional (developments of regional impact). One space per two hundred (200) <br />square feet of gross leasable area, and including kiosks, food court areas, offices and <br />administration areas. Other independent "stand alone" uses (e.g. a restaurant on an <br />out -parcel) will require parking for the individual use(s) as specified in this chapter. <br />Up to twenty-five (25) percent of the total number of required spaces may be fully <br />sodded or otherwise stabilized as approved by the public works director. Such spaces <br />shall only be those located the greatest distance from the building(s) served. <br />(34) Manufacturing, wholesaling and storage businesses which do not sell over the <br />counter products to the general public_from the premises. <br />(a) Single use buildings of ten thousand (10,000) square feet or less shall require <br />one space per five hundred (500) square feet of gross floor area. A minimum <br />of four (4) spaces is required. <br />(b) Single use buildings greater than ten thousand (10,000) square feet shall <br />require one space per five hundred (500) square feet of gross floor area for <br />the first ten thousand (10,000) square feet, a d one space per seven hundred <br />fifty (750) square feet of gross floor area for the next bug -area eve ten <br />thousand (10,000) square feet of gross floor area, and one space per twelve <br />hundred (1,200) square feet of gross floor area over twenty thousand <br />(20,000) square feet of building area. <br />(c) Multiple use (business) buildings shall provide one space per five hundred <br />(500) square feet of gross area. <br />(35) Marinas. One space per three hundred (300) square feet of principal building area <br />plus one space per three (3) boat storage spaces or slips and one (1) space per boat <br />slip designated for live -aboard vessel use. <br />(36) Medical and dental offices and outpatient clinics. General requirement of one (1) <br />space per one hundred and seventy-five (175) square feet of gross floor area. <br />(37) Medical labs and diagnostic or research facilities not frequented by the public. One <br />space per three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area. <br />(38) Miniature golf courses. Two (2) parking spaces per hole for the first eighteen (18) <br />holes, one parking space per hole for every additional hole, plus one parking space <br />per two hundred (200) square feet of interior floor area devoted to accessory <br />commercial or amusement area.
