ORDINANCE 2012-029 <br />recreational use specified in Chapter 954. Up to fifty (50) percent of the required <br />spaces may be fully sodded or otherwise stabilized as approved by the public works <br />director. <br />(49) Racquetball and tennis courts. <br />(a) Open to the public. Three (3) spaces per court; <br />(b) Private. Two (2) spaces per court; <br />(c) With spectator seating. Two (2) spaces per court plus one space per three (3) <br />seats. Spectator seating parking spaces may be fully sodded or otherwise <br />stabilized as approved by the public works director. <br />(50) Radio and other communications towers (unmanned). One space per tower. The <br />space and driveway serving the space may be fully sodded or otherwise stabilized as <br />approved by the public works director. <br />(50.1) Residential migrant housingfacility. <br />(a) For facilities utilizing a single-family, multiple -family or mobile homes <br />residential structures: Two (2) parking spaces for each residential unit, either <br />single-family, multiple -family or mobile home. <br />(b) For facilities utilizing dormitory or barracks residential structures: One (1) <br />parking space for every three (3) residents of the facility's maximum licensed <br />capacity, whether or not the facility is fully occupied. <br />(c) For facilities utilizing both residential structure types previously listed in (a) <br />and (b), the facility shall utilize both calculation methods as appropriate for <br />each structure to obtain the total parking liability. <br />(51) Restaurants or bars. One space per seventy-five (75) square feet of gross floor <br />area. and one half (1 1/2) spaees per- one undr-ed (100) Squafe feet of gross <br />; <br />(52) Rooming and boardinghouses, or dormitories. Two (2) spaces plus one space per <br />two (2) beds. <br />(53) Schools. <br />(a) Colleges, universities, and technical/vocational schools. One space per two <br />(2) seats of classroom seating capacity. <br />(b) High schools.
