ORDINANCE 2012-019 <br />Nete. institute of T-r-anspeftatien Engineers (ITE) Trip Generation Maffua4, eufr-efA editien shoul <br />xvu.avaa... <br />SECTION #3: <br />Amend LDR section 952.12(1), a portion of the "Access control" section of the Traffic Impact <br />Study regulations, to read as follows: <br />(1) General standards for regulating driveway locations. The following general criteria <br />shall be used in evaluating the adequacy of proposed driveways for all uses requiring approval, <br />except single-family dwellings. Scenic and Historic Road, Section 952.09(3), of this chapter shall <br />apply here. <br />(a) Sites located at intersections shall access onto the roadway having the lower <br />functional classification. The applicant may be permitted to access onto the higher <br />classification roadway if the public works director determines that such access would <br />result in an improved traffic circulation pattern. <br />(b) Drive-in facilities having one window or bay shall have sufficient on-site storage to <br />accommodate a minimum of five (5) queued vehicles, or one hundred (100) feet.
