ORDINANCE NO. 2010- 018 <br />Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and rights of way of record, if any <br />is changed from PRO, Professional Office District, to CN, Neighborhood Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 5th day of -Oct , 2010. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 26 day of —August 2010, <br />for a public hearing to be held on the 7th day of September—, 2010. That public hearing was <br />tabled to the 5�" day of October 2010, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Solari _,seconded by Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted by the following <br />vote: <br />Peter D.
