r APR 1983 <br />Box 3c� <br />., fAGF 803 <br />ORDIlMNCE N0. 8 3 -16 <br />W UMM, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the <br />hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public <br />hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Comnissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to wit: <br />DIXIE COM ERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the <br />plat thereof as filed in the Office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, <br />in Plat Book 11 Page 4. <br />M.C.C.
