Commissioner Lyons felt that the Board had been asked <br />to make a decision on incomplete information that was <br />furnished at the last minute and he also wanted the <br />information reviewed by the Financial Director. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, that the <br />Board authorize -the County Administrator, <br />Attorney and Finance Director to review the <br />St. Francis records, ask Mr. Zorc for any <br />additional documentation needed, and return <br />with a recommendation. <br />Discussion followed with Commissioner Scurlock stating <br />he had received some anonymous calls from people questioning <br />the proper operation of St. Francis Manor and felt that it <br />would be good to clear up any suspicions the public might <br />have. Mr. Zorc invited anyone to investigate, but wanted <br />people to sign their names to'any innuendos regarding <br />mismanagement of St. Francis Manor. ' <br />Mr. Zorc wanted it noted for the record that he was <br />`asked for additional information just yesterday, but will be <br />glad to cooperate and furnish any other information needed. <br />The Chairman CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion was voted on and carried <br />unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION RE CLOSING TIMES IN <br />CERTAIN COUNTY PARKS <br />The hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. having passed, the <br />Deputy Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of <br />Publication attached, to wit: <br />30 <br />W <br />
