.e e <br />a <br />r <br />approval. <br />it is the intention of the parties that the assump- <br />tion of any indebtedness upon dissolution shall be <br />accomplished in a fair and equitable manner and that <br />each party hereto shall assume an equitable share of <br />the total outstanding indebtedness of the Department <br />to the extent eachoparty is benefited. <br />16. TERM. This Agreement shall become effective upon <br />the execution of same by both parties and shall remain in effect <br />until mutually cancelled by the parties. <br />17. AMENDMENTS.
