The hours need to be formally adopted to <br />enable the Police to enforce them. <br />The Chairman wished to know if the park design included a <br />gate, and Public Works Director Davis noted that there is agate <br />there now. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />66 <br />
