replied at this point in time he didn't think that would be <br />a hardship, but noted that the original right of way really <br />didn't divide the property exactly in half. <br />Considerable discussion took place regarding the exact <br />location of the 50 foot easement, whether 50" was really <br />needed or whether a 20 ft. or 30 ft. easement could be <br />specified, depending on the easement needed by the <br />utilities. <br />Chairman Bird stressed that all we are attempting to do <br />is change it from a 50 ft. right-of-way to a 50 ft. <br />easement, and cutting off access to 43rd Ave. <br />It was pointed out that this involves a major electric <br />line of the City and will have to be coordinated with the <br />City. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />Further discussion ensued and it was agreed that more <br />information was needed and that a survey be done on the <br />exact location of the right-of-way. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously deferred this matter <br />until 10:30 a.m. on June 1, 1983, when <br />information can be presented as to whether <br />or not a 50' easement is required. <br />HU14ANE SOCIETY - AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 5/12/83: <br />29 <br />MAY i983 ern3"c 419 <br />18 <br />
