Extension <br />Vero Beach Highlands <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Director v� <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Attached are the Road Dedication documents submitted by General Development <br />Corporation for acceptance of maintenance by the County. The road was completed <br />April 16, 1982 as part of the General Development Corporation Recreation Center <br />amenity, and included on the site plan approval. <br />The Public Works Division has inspected the road, and is of the opinion that <br />it meets County Standards. A photograph of the finished road is on file in <br />the Public Works Division office. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Since the road links other County roads in the Vero Highlands area, staff <br />recommends acceptance. <br />RECOMMFMATION AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve execution of <br />acceptance and authorize the County Attorney to record the document. <br />No funding is to be considered. <br />53 FAY640 <br />
