JUN 1 1983 <br />531 PvA <br />Attorney Brandenburg, having been on the phone while <br />the above Minutes were approved, belatedly questioned the <br />wording on Page 31 of the Minutes. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />the Board unanimously moved to <br />reconsider approval of the Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of May 18, 1983. <br />Attorney Brandenburg advised that the wording on Page <br />31, paragraph 5, should indicate that the County was to do <br />the line work to bring the water line across the street from <br />the Humane Society site and that the Humane Society has the <br />responsibility to bore and jack the road to bring the water <br />across. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the <br />Board unanimously approved the Minutes <br />of.the Regular Meeting of May 18, 1983, <br />with correction to reflect the change as <br />pointed out by Attorney Brandenburg, " ... <br />that the County is responsible for bringing <br />the water -line only up to the Road & Bridge <br />complex and from that point on it is the <br />responsibility of the Humane Society to <br />bore and jack the road and do whatever else <br />is necessary to render services to their <br />property." <br />2 <br />
