JUN 15 1983 <br />DdtiR Abp= 6g <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested that Item 21.B.1, the <br />Transportation Planning Committee report on the Gas Tax, be <br />moved up into the morning session to follow the Public <br />Hearing scheduled for 9:00 A.M. <br />Chairman Bird requested an item be added to today's <br />Agenda re the possibility of three CETA participants being <br />assigned to the Parks & Recreation Department to assist in <br />supervision of the summer programs at Gifford Park. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the <br />Board unanimously added the above item <br />to today's Agenda. <br />MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 1, <br />1983. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the <br />Board unanimously approved the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of June 1, 1983, <br />as written. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of May 25, <br />1983. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bowman, the <br />Board unanimously approved the Minutes <br />2 <br />
