As of January 1, 1983, Environmental Health
has the authority to approve these sites.
A meeting will be arranged between Environmental Health, private industries
operating this type of -business and Utility Services explaining the new
procedure to the industries.
RECOMMENDATION: -
The staff recommends a ninety (90) day phaseout restricting septage
being disposed of at the Landfill.
_40
