To develop adequate coordination with the Operator to <br />ensure that appropriate contingency activities are imple <br />mented in the event of inclement weather. <br />14. To assure that work evaluations are completed for each <br />participant and provided to the Operator.' <br />15. To assure that Sign-in/Sign-out Sheets are utilized by <br />each participant and maintained at the worksite for the <br />duration of the Summer Youth Program. <br />16. To maintain accurate time and attendance records on each <br />participant reflecting the time actually worked by each <br />participant. These records will be signed at the end of <br />each pay period by the participant and the supervisor as <br />certification to their accuracy. Said records will be <br />picked up every other w�Pg_ by s. Y.E.p. <br />staff and taken to Martin County School Board <br />for preparation of the payroll. <br />17. To utilize the standardized Sign-In/Sign-out Sheets and <br />Time and Attendance Forms which will be provided by the <br />Operator. <br />18. To allow the Operator the opportunity to provide remu- <br />neration to the participants by check every other week <br />beginning June 1, 1983 and ending <br />August 31, <br />1983 <br />at <br />worksite <br />between the <br />hours of <br />8:00 A.M.to <br />4:30 PM. <br />19. To develop adequate procedures and controls to ensure <br />that no participant receives any type of renumeration ' <br />for unworked hours or participation,in recreational <br />activities. <br />53 <br />
